Second Man Reported in Cellar Incest

A second man visited the house cellar where an Austrian father allegedly imprisoned and sexually abused his daughter for 24 years, a lodger says.
The lodger, Alfred Dubanovsky, who rented a room at the home of Josef Fritzl in the quiet town of Amstetter for 12 years, told the BBC that man was introduced as a plumber.
Police say Fritzl imprisoned his daughter Elisabeth and repeatedly sexually abused her, fathering her seven children. Three of the children remained incarcerated with her, never seeing daylight until their release this week.
Dubanovsky said he and other lodgers were forbidden to go down to the cellar under threat of eviction. He said he assumed the basement was being used as a storeroom because Fritzl was seen taking food down there.
Elisabeth and the children are now in care with the Austrian authorities, who are protecting their privacy at a psychiatric clinic. Josef Fritzl, in police custody, is refusing to answer any more questions.
